There are a number of options on how to travel to Tortola and these magical British Virgin Islands:

From the USA or Canada:

Option 1:
Fly to San Juan in Puerto Rico on American Airlines and then hop onto American Eagle or Cape Air to Beef Island Airport in Tortola, BVIs. This is a short 30 minute flight.
Option 2:
Fly to St. Thomas in the USVIs on Delta Airlines, taxi to Charlotte Amalie and then catch a fast local ferry boat to the West End, Tortola. This is a scenic ride that is wonderful after a flight.

From the UK or Europe:

Option 1:
Fly to Antigua on your favourite airline (see below) and then onto Beef Island, Tortola on a local Caribbean airline (e.g. Liat or Caribbean Star).

Fly to New York on your favourite airline and then onto San Juan in Puerto Rico on any internal US airline as above. Then hop onto American Eagle or Cape Air to Beef Island Airport in Tortola. This is a short 30 minute flight.
